Exceptionally friendly and nice hotel in a nice area, next to pubs and bars. Central location, interesting place for discovering Nairobi. - Good choice of food options relatively close to the venue. - Huge and particularly good room with exceptionally comfortable bed, a safe box, multi-channel television, and a mini-fridge-bar.

my stay was quite comfortable on a business trip. location: the hotel was adjacent to good bars and sarit centre and westgate both walking distance, and good restaurants, bars, clubs around-hence the noise especially from thursday to saturday.

This hotel in the heart of Westlands is such a great find! The value for money is excellent, with reasonable prices and attention to detail throughout. The staff are friendly and go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable, with special mentions to Esther, who ensures the rooms are well set up, and Peter, Wilfred, and Evans who provide exceptional service. The basic amenities are top-notch, with rooms that have a touch of luxury, including beautifully lit candles and a safe facility. I also appreciated the convenience of having a fridge in the room. And let's not forget the breakfast, which was absolutely delicious!
All was satisfactory and met my expectations.

The hotel's location to the fitness center in the nearby area other than the guest sitting areas was excellent, making it easy to keep up with my workout routine. the interesting restaurant was very close to the Sarit shopping center, which allowed for great shopping and dining options.
The music from the nearby nightclub was quite loud, making it difficult to sleep at night.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Nairobi and had a fantastic experience. the staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. They even helped me with lighting the candles for a romantic setup in my room. Secondly, the rooms were spacious and impeccably decorated, with a touch of luxury that made me feel special. I particularly appreciated the safe facility and fridge in the room, as well as the attention to detail in the lighting setup. Lastly, the breakfast served at the hotel was delicious and had a wide variety of options to choose from.
All was in order and I had a pleasant stay.

The location of the hotel is convenient as it is close to many shopping areas and the Westgate mall. This allows for easy access to stores and markets within walking distance. the hotel offers a good view of the city from the balcony in some rooms.
The hotel is quite noisy in the night which can be disruptive, especially on Saturday nights, due to loud partying music coming from the clubs in the area.

Frederick
The rooms were quite spacious, clean, and had all the basic amenities like a fridge and a tea kettle. The hotel was located in a convenient area close to supermarkets and shopping malls.
The breakfast was mediocre and very limited with not many vegetarian options. The elevators were not enough for such a large building, causing significant wait times.

Douglas
We loved the location of this hotel, it was right in the heart of the city's liveliest street and close to nightclubs. The views from our room were amazing, and the restaurant was simply awesome. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the hotel facilities were top-notch.
Nothing negative to say.
